Practice times and locations vary from team to team but will typically be held at Kempsville Middle School, Renaissance Academy, Larkspur Middle School, College Park Elementary or Woodstock Elementary.  All located in Virginia Beach.  Each team will typically practice 2-3 times a week.  Normally 1.5 - 2 hrs/ practice.  Practices typically take place during the week M-F and are held somewhere between 6pm - 9:30pm.  (*These are typically times however its at the coaches discretion.  Some coaches may elect to practice on the weekend*)
